I’m a researcher working in a computer lab at York University and am developing new technologies for children with different communication and language disabilities. If you have a child from 3-7 or know someone with a child with any form of language, communication disabilities and you are interested in exploring new technologies please drop me a line.

I am currently working on a toy that works in conjunction with an iPad app and motivates children to use their speech. We have other technologies such as low-cost communication devices and open-source software that might be useful.

I’m new to the forums and very interested in exploring how I can connect to the community directly.
